Fast-forward to today: the partners are following a plan and using initiatives which work in their industry, as a result, enquiries are up, and they are all united in growing and running the business. “It’s now a much happier place to work.”
We ran 2 workshops off-site and listened to the partners and staff talk about what they do, why they do it and the outcomes they achieve for their clients. The first workshop was an opportunity for the team to talk to us and each other, and the second workshop was to play-them-back what they said and how to best use those words.
Productisation. This is a process which works for people and services, positioning both to be easy to buy and so, easy to sell.
Next, we looked at how people choose a law firm and who these people are.
We then put in strategies to keep the partners visible and relevant, a strategy to help the business achieve search engine supremacy, and agendas and shadow boards so that nothing gets missed once we leave.
